About Tranquil earth
Tranquil earth garden design is a small company that creates beautiful gardens in an environmentally responsible way. Creating a Natural spaces without destroying one else where is the main aim for the team at Tranquil earth. They believe that it is simply about choices, Tranquil earth choose not to use materials that damage the environment and instead where possible choose to use materials that are from sustainable sources and are made by eco responsible firms.
Tranquil earth do not claim to have a zero carbon footprint or claim that they only use natural materials. It would be impossible to build gardens without effecting the enviroment in some way. Trying to minimise the damaging effects of the construction process and maximise the positive effect the new garden will have on the enviroment is all we can do.
Friendly designs
Time, effort, money and waste can all be saved by eco friendly design. Creating designs that re use the elements that already exist in your garden is the best way to achieve this. Eg if an area needs to be excavated then design a raised bed where the soil can go! Or carefully lift plants and trees and move them to become part of a new scheme.

Recycle
Tranquil earths team love to recycle. Waste is carefully managed by Tranquil earth, it is separated into hardcore for recycling - tree branches, leaves and plant matter for compost – pallets are returned for re use – sand is delivered loose not in bulk bags – if a supplier will not take back their own packaging then we do not use them again. Soil is recycled into the design – existing plants are re used. Believe it or not all this saves you money!
