About Tranquil Earth
Based in Kent, Tranquil Earth Garden Design is a dedicated design company that creates beautiful and dynamic Gardens in an environmentally responsible way. Creating natural spaces without destroying ones elsewhere is the main aim for the team at Tranquil Earth. They believe that it is simply about choices. Tranquil Earth choose not to use materials that damage the environment and instead where possible choose to use materials that are from sustainable sources.
Tranquil Earth do not claim to have a zero carbon footprint or claim that they only use natural materials. It would be impossible to build gardens without effecting the environment in some way. Trying to minimise the damaging effects of the construction process and maximise the positive effect the new Garden will have on the environment is all we can do.
At Tranquil Earth we are fully up to date with all the latest software that is used within the industry, allowing us to work seemlessly with Architects and Structural Engineers. Whether it be Autocad, Vectorworks, Sketchup or the Adobe creative suite, we have it covered. This allows us to provide extremely accurate representations of our designs, whilst also providing contractors with detailed construction drawings.
Who we are
Dominic Brice - Principle Designer: With over 20 years of working within Gardens and designing Gardens, there's not much that gets past his well trained eye. He has worked both in the public and private sector and learnt his trade from the ground up. He prides himself in producing Gardens of excellence that enhance the environment and enrich peoples lives.
Elliot Green - Designer: With a background in commercial horticulture, he trained at Hadlow and the University of Greenwich gaining a BA(Hons) in Garden Design. He is passionate about Gardens and Landscapes, both contemporary and historical, public and private.
Stuart Roy -Office Manager: With a background in Purchasing, health and safety and management in civil engineering. He manages the day to day running of the design practice and is adapt at sourcing the hardest to find materials whilst maintaining a well organised and profesional office. He prides himself in making sure clients recieve the highest possible standards of service and after care.
